A New Way To Eat Oatmeal



Sometimes regular oatmeal can be really boring. I like to change it up a bit by using Quaker instant lower-sugar oatmeal and mixing it with crushed pineapple (with juice) instead of water. If you throw in a few nuts for protein, it tastes kind of like a pineapple crisp, but is a filling and healthy breakfast.

  • This is a great idea! I am going to give this a try because I love pineapple and it will be better than adding a bunch of sugar or honey to oatmeal because it really takes a lot of sugar to sweeten oatmeal for some reason. - by SNUGGLES302
