I find that by doing one or more of these things I am much more positive: getting outside and letting the warmth of the sun soak into my bones,listening to the birds, watching the clouds roll by, looking at and smelling the flowers enjoying a view

You know you can burn calories while gardening, I have always found gardening to be my happy medium. Where else can you dig a hole and stuff all your angry, negative feelings and disappointments of your day and watch something beautiful bloom/come from it. You can also help your environment as well by given back what so many of us take from nature. I love the satisfaction and enjoy the results of my labor and burned calories by the results I get year after year. Plus all the wildlife it attracts.
