I find that if I post every day I stay on track. Even the busy days I read a few blogs and post all my foods, when I do not do this I tend to stray. Thanks Sparkpeople for all the support.

I post notes where I see them every day, such as the bathroom mirror. I post notes to myself that state the following:
MORE INFORMATION:
I want this more then that! I am worth this journey.
I have these posted cards through out the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Easy places to see and all positive uplifti
How I stay motivated to work out every day: I post my intentions and my workouts every day BEFORE I do them. That way, if I don't do them, I've basically lied...and I don't want that...plus I know I'm going to have to fess up in my next day's post if I don't follow through...so it keeps me honest!
Post a thread on an appropriate message board detailing what you did right/achieved today. Update the thread every day with that days positives. Be especially sure to post on the days when you don't think there IS anything positive - even on a bad day you will have done something right, just look for it! 30
Makes you concentrate on the positive when we are naturally more inclined to look at the negatives - and the fact that you are posting will encourage others to do the same.
