every night before i go to bed i fill a glass of water and put it by my bed. in the morning it's the first thing i see and i take it with me as i start my day. i get in my first 2 glasses of water easily, and i actually have come to enjoy drinking water first thing in the morning. it also makes it easier to drink it the rest of the day.
Drinking eight glasses of water really helps. Sometimes your body can get thirst and hunger mixed up. When you feel hungry between meals, try drinking water first, wait ten minutes and if you are still hungry, have a healthy snack.
I have found one thing that works well for me to loss weight or control any chances of falling off the wagon . I posted post-it notes on the inside of the refrigerator and cabinet's with message's . Message's like think about it before you do it , drink water first before eating that , etc . This has worked for me has been a major help try it .
