Cooking Meals Ahead

Today, I cooked up cabbage roll casserole, Rockin' Morrocan Stew and SP recipe for Keema. That's a lot of food for 2 people...but nice variety... But, after cooking, I portion many lunches up individually and freeze them. Nice variety of supper and pre-planned lunches too!

    That's what I do too! Except I don't cook as fancy emoticon , usually just make enough spaghetti for a small army and then dine on it for a week or so.

    I cooked today and portioned everything for lunches and froze for the work week, too!
