Today, I cooked up cabbage roll casserole, Rockin' Morrocan Stew and SP recipe for Keema. That's a lot of food for 2 people...but nice variety... But, after cooking, I portion many lunches up individually and freeze them. Nice variety of supper and pre-planned lunches too!

Get more bang for your buck in freezer space. Other than frozen treats and ice cubes, your freezer should contain meals ready to reheat! Check out a book on cooking meals ahead of time and pack those meals into the freezer with re-heating instructions. On those busy days, check one out of the freezer before you leave the house and come home with less stress knowing that you will have a healthy meal ready for your family without having to do more than re-heat. A crockpot meal is even bettter!
