Great idea. I exercise my arms and upper body while using the computer. I got exercises from my dvd that are to be done sitting down. I warm up and work out.

just got my stability ball and am working on it slowly to build my core (and to overcome the fear for falling off of it LOL) ... Personal trainer showed me some exercises to do during out last session. Looking forward to adding some weights once I am "stable" enough on the ball to not loose my balance.

What a good idea! I never would have thought of that!
I like to use a kettle bell instead of dumbbells because they make me have to try a little harder to balance. Their unique shape makes them easier to swing and do more exercises than the dumbbell.323322
