    just got my stability ball and am working on it slowly to build my core (and to overcome the fear for falling off of it LOL) ... Personal trainer showed me some exercises to do during out last session. Looking forward to adding some weights once I am "stable" enough on the ball to not loose my balance. - by LYNNWILK2
