I developed a strong "exercise buddy" friendship with a person I met in a strength training class. Beyond our class, we do 3 1 hour sessions of hilly aggressive walking each week. Then we got the idea to use one day/wk for pot luck: kayak, bike ride, hike, mall walk, snow shoe etc.
