Getting in water is one of the hardest challenges for me. I typically just don't drink a lot of fluids. So here is what I have learned to do to help. I have 2 water bottles at all times. One in front of me and one in the refrigerator.
When the one in front of me is empty, I refill it and put it back in the refrigerator and take out the cold one. Doing this helps ensure you always have a cold bottle of water around or available for when you walk out the door. If you drink faster than that, maybe add a third bottle into the mix.
