Go to bed every night at 8pm. While in the bed, journal, read until 9pm. This is a time for your body and mind to relax. At 9pm, lights out!!! This has changed my life! I have more energy and well organized thoughts and behavior the following day. Plus my 6AM workout is proof of the energy you have with plenty of rest.

    Perhaps the most deceptively simple, yet powerful, advice there is out there! Rest is essential for lowering stress hormones and allowing the body to burn fat effectively and efficiently. GREAT advice!
