Even when I don't want to go to the gym I tell myself I only have to stay for a 30 minute workout. Once I get there I find myself staying for a full workout. I always feel better afterward.

    Me too, either at home or the gym, once I actually start then I don't stop untill I get a full work out (unless time is limited, I'm a mom). So starting is probably the only challenge. Just do it.

    Thats the way I feel about exercising at home. Once I start I finish.
