Getting To The Gym




Even when I don't want to go to the gym I tell myself I only have to stay for a 30 minute workout. Once I get there I find myself staying for a full workout. I always feel better afterward.

  • Me too, either at home or the gym, once I actually start then I don't stop untill I get a full work out (unless time is limited, I'm a mom). So starting is probably the only challenge. Just do it. - by BEELEE6
