Although it may seem simple, you can go back and see all the secrets you shared and other people could benefit from even those simple things! You also have to think more rather than just hitting "I like this secret!" It is a good way to stay motivated by noticing changes in your life!

199 I wanted to share the Secret that allowed me to drop a 135lbs in a year.. My secret is free and cheap...I changed my eating habits such as instead of eating the 3 meals a day I had to switch to 6 small meals (not cutting out anything at all (optional)). I began to change my pattern as well as eliminate food, beverages, and etc..throughout the process (do not ) do it all at one time I also add a cut off time of 7pm (no snaking) PERIOD!! 306

As you go through and figure things out for yourself, you might have a tendency to forget certain things (I do).
