I keep a small box of Truvia (stevia plant all natural sweetener) in my purse, and an individual packet of Truvia in my wallet. When I eat out, rather than order the sugary lemonades offered on the menu ( which are usually made by mixing lemonade syrup and water), I order a large glass of water and lemon wedges.
