Secrets of Success

Weight Range

Because I am of small stature, I choose to stay within a three pound range (i.e. 120-123 lbs.) When my weight creeps toward the upper end, I know it's time to get back on track - before I go crazy gaining weight. I had planned to have a five pound range, but I fine-tuned it to three. Works for me.

I'm short too, good to know since I'm just starting out. I'm planning ahead to keep it off for a lifetime. I will remember to keep it within a 2 lb range. Thanks! - by SUGARBEHONEYPIE
  • Me, too. I do the same. Tracking works. - by J2740LOU
  • I'm also short with a small frame so a five lb. wt gain on me means I can't breathe when I zip my pants, and I'm very uncomfortable. I weigh myself daily to keep it from creeping up because it's easier to NOT gain it in the first place than try to lose it. I gained those 5 lb. this summer after breaking my arm & not being able to exercise. It's taken Spark to get it off!! - by SEDONACAT
