Fat Free Cottage Cheese

I love creamy food and cheese WAY too much. I have found that adding fat free cottage cheese to many dishes adds protein and gives it more substance. Not to mention if it melts it makes it seem like a sinful treat! It is really helping me to fill up at meals and stay in range! 20 lbs gone now!

    i do this too, great post and it definitely helps me to keep the weight off.

    ;melting it is a wonderful idea. as i have been tracking my eating i find that i am getting too much fat and a lot of it is from cheese. what a great idea to cut back on the high fat cheese and still enjoy the creaminess and taste of it. thanks
