I love creamy food and cheese WAY too much. I have found that adding fat free cottage cheese to many dishes adds protein and gives it more substance. Not to mention if it melts it makes it seem like a sinful treat! It is really helping me to fill up at meals and stay in range! 20 lbs gone now!

A tangy, creamy ranch dressing made with fat free cottage cheese and low calorie powder ranch mix.
I used part of a packet of low calorie ranch dressing powder & used my submersion blender to smooth it out. Add a little h2o to get the consistency wanted. 1/2 cup serving of cottage cheese is about 80. So as long as you don't drown your food, you're way ahead of the game.
