Eat Before Going To The Restaurant!




Restaurant food is often very rich. If you go there while being totally starved, you'll eat the whole plate, would you? But if you eat a little bit BEFORE, you'll eat less and could even bring back some food home for another meal! :)

  • Eat something that is high in fiber or better yet drink a high fiber drink. When you take the edge off your appetite you are more likely to order something sensible that will fit into your diet plan. Also, when I go to a buffet I fill my plate with veggies before I add an entrée to my plate. With at least 75% of my plate filled with veggies doesn't leave enough space for too many calories of entrée. - by IRISH_EYES_66
