I absolutely love Thomas english muffins...they start my day...I top them with peanut butter....bananas....prunes. ..I always get the 100 calorie light multi grain ones with more fiber...they are wonderful and I highly recommend them. You don't need to eat them just for breakfast...they are wonderful anytime of day...and they make great egg sandwiches, little pizza's, and you can use them to put your burger on instead of a bun....they are always on our grocery list!

ok...although..I don't think i've kept it a secret...I cook a lot of spicy foods to rev up my metabolism and I eat a grapefruit every night and eat a lot of avacados...I am convinced that doing this is helping me lose weight....
I also eat an english muffin with peanut butter and bananas on top most every day....
