Life has a lot of lessons in it, & we learn something new each day. Some lessons are good & some can be bad. Listening to my daughter talk about the children she has to take care of & they are from birth to 3 & what parents are doing to them, I want to cry. Having children is an 18 year contract of teaching & caring for them. If you can't get up at night for feedings, changing diapers & all that goes into it, don't have them. Giving 3 month old children medicine to calm them is a crime.

Children are suppose to be able to grow & we are to protect them. Being a child has been taken from them & by 3 they are doing first grade work. Remember they are children & are suppose to get dirty, laugh, play and drive us crazy with Mommy & why. We must each protect the children the best we can.

We all want that perfect figure, but beating ourself up is no help. Try to lighten up a little. I take my new lifestyle very seriously but if I have something I shouldn't I just try to overcome it, move on and try to make better choices the next time.
