Measuring Snack Portions

I measure out each portion of nuts, raisins, trail mix, etc. allowed and put each in a "snack bag". No measuring when I get ready to eat, just grab a bag and put on tracking (I have already entered the foods and amounts in "my favorites" on the tracker
