I was reminded at the gym this morning (seeing half-hearted workouts around me) that just because you're moving doesn't mean that you're necessarily getting fitter and stronger, though it's a good start. As you're thinking about how you're improving, work out until you're tired....then go just a little bit further to build endurance.

    I've never though about others' less than full efforts having any effect on my workout, but it's certainly true that I step it up that much more when those around me do! This is great advice!
