  • What a great idea! I hadn't thought that. The last few days I've felt a bit down and nervous knowing that I have to change things a bit with my new lifestyle of eating and exercising. To pull myself out of it I got on SparkPeople and read and that really helped me through it. I'd forgotten to look at my successes too!

    Sometimes, I'll read a blog I wrote when I was in an unpleasant state of mind. So, I'll delete it and write a more cheerful, happier one! Great idea! - by RGRAPEOLE
    I agree. I'm wanting to lose at least 40lbs. But as the weight is coming off slowly. Instead of saying that I need to lose ,I say I have lost the lbs.That I'm that many pounds lighter. emoticon - by HAILEYSMEMAW
