Don't try to overhaul your entire life in one day. Choose a new plan or two every week until your lifestyle slowly becomes healthy. Choose simple things first, like drinking 8 cups of water, but then work up to bigger changes, like running 2 miles every other morning! It really works!

When you are in a stall dont change to many things at one time. Make one change and stick with it for at least two weeks before you change something else. This gives your body time to adjust and maybe start dropping. If you change to much at one time you wont know what it was that got you to start dropping the weight again.
