  • I don't seem to be having the trouble with food at the moment ... it's exercise. So, a friend and I are going to start going to the gym straight after work a few days a week, just to get us both in a routine. We'll be able to share time together and exercise at the same time! Also, Sparkpeople is wonderful and has kept me on track----every day!
