If I weigh 184 lbs I think to myself that I weigh 182 lbs. I tell myself over and over (in my head) that I weigh 182 lbs until I actually do weigh 182 lbs. Then I tell myself I weigh 180 lbs. etc. You get the idea. Sounds strange, but it works for me.9
I have found that weighing in weekly on Wednesday works good for me. In the past I always weighed in on Fridays and that lead to weekend binges. Monday weigh ins didn't work so well because of occasional straying on weekends. Wednesdays work well, it all averages out anyway but I recomend trying the Wednesday weigh in.
