Dietting is not about starvation. It's about eating more intelligently. You can get the most bang for your buck by eating low calorie high fiber foods such as vegetables. Broccoli in particular you can eat as much as you want and not worry much :).

It just makes me want to cook & eat everything they are making, or at LEAST snack along with them (& night-time snacking is a BIG no-no for my weight loss program!).
