Dietting is not about starvation. It's about eating more intelligently. You can get the most bang for your buck by eating low calorie high fiber foods such as vegetables. Broccoli in particular you can eat as much as you want and not worry much :).

I've gone from 249-198 in about 5 months just by watching what I eat and eating more intelligently :)
