    Though I'm retired, I still pack my lunch the night before so I have a healthy lunch no matter where i wind up at lunch time. I'm not relying on fast food if I'm out on the town, and If I'm busy at home, I'm more likely to eat the healthy combos I already put together. You're right. It definitely helps with portion control. I had to take my lunch to a wome's club meeting today. Everyone else munched on what appeared to be about 1/2 cup of fruit and some crackers. I had all my little portions of fruits, yogurt, celery sticks, cashew butter, etc. and was very happy!! And full. So glad I learned about Bento Boxes in my old age!!
