This is especially good for breakfasts and leftovers. If you eat the same meal often just copy it to another day. You can change your mind and move it on. If one or two items change use delete multiple foods. So much faster to track.

number, bank info or medical records can easily get into the wrong hands. If you need to make copies of personal documents, it is best to make them on a home copier or scan your document on your scanner. I just read this in an AARP publication and thought I'd pass it along.
When we plan to have dinner at a restaurant, I get a copy of the menu, select the dish I will order, and include it in my meal planning. In that way I can comfortably order and eat a meal with my family without the guilt or fear that I'm ruining my day. Many menus are available online, and it's worth it to take the time to decide the dish you would want and how it would play into your day's nutrition plan.
