This is especially good for breakfasts and leftovers. If you eat the same meal often just copy it to another day. You can change your mind and move it on. If one or two items change use delete multiple foods. So much faster to track.

    I love how SP makes it easy and convenient for us to track food and exercise. All it takes is really taking a little initiative and some work on the front side and you are ALL GOOD!

    I do the same thing and, you're right, it's very easy and a huge time saver!

    I do this on a weekly basis for my breakfast - basics, coffee and vitamin supplements. Makes it just a tad bit easier!
