I have been able to save a lot of money now that all my bills are due the same day. Ironically around the first of the month. I get paid twice a month so my second check is usually put into savings along with the money from my first check.
Is not as hard as it seems. You can change most utilities and phone and rent is already due then in most places. so is easier to budget and avoid living paycheck to paycheck

One thing that helps me keep my portions under control is arranging my plate before I start eating. I go to a lot of big meals, so instead of adding food to my plate and eating along the way, I wait until ALL the food is served to the table and arrange all the food that I want to eat onto my plate. Once again this way I am set on all the food I plan on eating during that meal, and once again less likely to go for seconds.
Make sure you drink enough water every day. If you don't it can affect your energy and even shrink your brain! And if you asthma, it can affect your breathing and wheezing - helps to thin mucous. So drink up! 306224
I carry around water bottles with me (the refillable ones) every day to make sure I do.
