I made pasta with turkey italian sausage yesterday for my boyfriend, and I wanted to eat an entire plateful myself. Instead, I pulled some frozen veggies out of the freezer, heated them up, and mixed them up with 3 oz. of pasta. It was so filling and delicious, and I saved myself about 400 calories by using less pasta!
ps: I also bought the As Seen on TV Pasta Boat and used that. The pasta actually came out BETTER than when I cook it on the stove with minimal effort. I also steamed sweet potatoes in them and it was quick and AWESOME!
