I have tried joining a wellness center, a gym, and curves. I tried softball, racquetball,, and tennis. The Having recently been diagnosed with diabetes I am more cognizant of the need to exercise. I am using a Certified Personal Trainer. On the intake form I took a major leap of faith giving her Carte Blanche for setting up the strength training and directing Cardio.
If I don't do something well I don't want to do it all, I made a commitment to the trainer that I would try anything recommended
before I would veto an activity. I''m thinking maybe by the fifth attempt I will have a greater appreciation for the exercise or activity.
Let's face it...my writing the exercise plan got me where I am today!!!
