I have many cake decorator tips and sometimes even 2 or 3 of the SAME tip because I use them that often! It is VERY HARD TO SEE the numbers imprinted on each tip so,when I get a new tip I label it with my labelmaker from Brother. It saves time when trying to locate a tip and it can make it through the dishwasher in a special bag for tips [although I hand wash them ,too! I use the dishwasher to sterilize it even more!]. If the label does fade, I use a permanent marker to relabel it.

Yes, if you read the label, it has added dextrose (sugar) in it. It may be a little bit but sugar is sugar. Reading labels is imperative these days no matter where you shop. Even some of the sea salts have this too so take care.
I found that pickling and canning salt is "just salt" and is less than $2/box. I think it is also kosher (thanks to the commenters tip).
I called the bakery late for a carrot cake, when they delivered it. I gave the guy a nice tip..he said I made his week! We took a cab and I gave the cabbie a nice tip as well..I won't always be able to give money..but to see the expressions of happiness was wonderful. I want to give one act a week!
