When I switched from white bread to whole grain bread I started experiencing upset stomachs. But when I tried sprouted whole grain bread instead, my stomach did not object. And another benefit is a great nutty flavor and hearty texture. I don't eat any other kind of bread now.
Try sprouted whole grain bread with a nut spread and banana slices for a filling and delicious treat!
one teaspoon apple cider vinegar and 8 ounce water for acid stomach or upset stomach or diarrhea. also if you think what you ate may have been a little old. some people think YUK!!! SO INSTEAD JUST DRINK SOME PICKLE JUICE.!
If I ever think I am hungry, I stop and try to see why--food images, stress, upset stomach, boredom. Oftentimes it is easier to say no to food when I know why I am craving it. Failing that, I drink some water and reevaluate my hunger in 15 minutes, living in a desert makes it hard to stay hydrated at the best of times, so thirst is often misinterpreted as hunger for me.
I want to munch when stressed and bored--not good for waistlines.
