Sometimes a goal needs to become smaller and more realistic, for both short-term and long-term success. Whether this is a time frame, or 'number' (weight, clothing size, calories, amount of excercise, etc) it's the smaller goals that add up to really big success. Re-define your smaller goals & becomes 2nd nature~
