I love to bake but most baked goods are crammed with sugar. I have been using Blue Agave and 1/3 less other liquids, such as milk, to make my baked goods better for my family without losing the sweetness.

As I'm sure a lot of people already know...you can use unsweetened apple sauce as an oil and sugar substitution in a lot of recipes. I've also started using Agave Nectar as a sugar substitute. You just have to adjust time and temp when using Agave.
Agave syrup is a sweetener that has a limited effect on blood sugar levels. This is a boon since other sweeteners affect my mood, digestion and desire for more. I can use less since it is sweeter than sugar and I know I am using a natural product. Substitute in any recipe for sugar!224
