Olive oil packs 120 cal per tablespoon but it helps with the metabolism. There is a diet that says you can lose up to 9 lbs by following there plan but it is too good to be true.

  • I tried a diet plan that called for frying eggs every morn in olive oil. I was surprised that I lost 10 pounds and the fried food didn't upset my stomach like most fried foods did. Maybe the good outweighs the bad in this case. - by CALICO58
