Every day I plan for what needs to be done and then tick it off my list. That list can be in my head or on paper. Items on list are shower, clean and tidy house, eat 3 meals and 1 or two snacks, drink 8 cups of water daily in any form(herbal tea, water with lime or just water) walk the dogs, deal with interpersonal relationships, budget and pay bills, talk to my soul and pray.
give myself a break when necessary after all I cannot be all things to all people and I am not a machine either.
