Scrapbook Your Successes



I dont need to lose any more weight. So to keep motivated, I started a scrapbook of my running. I add pictures, race numbers, race stats and if someone does a run/walk with me, I add them too!!! Everyone wants to join in so they can be in "mom's book". This weekend I ran a half and my DD BF kept reminding me to take pictures to put them in "the book". It was AWESOME!
