I've recently started packing my gym bag the night before, therefore I am not scurrying around in the morning or using my lack of preparation as an excuse not to go. I throw the bag in the car, and its ready and waiting for me.

I found that doing this motivated me to go more, I knew I had everything in there for my work out. I would go at lunch and sometimes again right after work so i would pack an extra workout outfit. I was finding that I always forgot something if I rushed in the morning which would give me the excuse not to go.

I have two sets of hygiene products-one for home, one for the gym so I don't have to worry about packing that. I also have a quick-drying microfiber towel in my bag so it dries in the gym bag before the next day's shower. Having my bag packed means all I have to do is grab and go!
To motivate you to go to the gym, i find that if i pack my bag the night before and leave it right at the front door, so i basically have to fall over it in the morning to get out of the house and then put it in the front seat of the car. I wont forget and i will feel guilty if i dont go to the gym. And think to myself well its packed and its here so i might as well head up to the gym. Thats what helps me to go.
