Getting started is the hardest thing to do to change a life time of unhealthy habits to healthy habits. The main focus is "you"! I have learned not to give up and beat myself down when I get off track. I realize I'm human and I'm not perfect. I try to pin point what made me go off track. I look for triggers. Once I recognize them, I strive to correct them. I try to keep all negativity out of my life.224

Remember the days of cassette tapes? If you wanted to, you could record over something that had been previously recorded on that tape. Now, apply that concept to the "tape" that has been running through your head for years. It's time to record over that tape with some positive affirmations!
Write a list of positive affirmations, like: "I am worthy", "I am beautiful", and "I am successful". Whether you believe it to be true or not, write it down. Repeat those words to yourself every day. Make it visual, with signs & posters. SEE yourself as you want to be, and you will become that person!
