I made this suggestion to a SparkFriend who was having trouble staying on track. Whenever she noticed a loss on the scale, she became a little lax in her diet. She would then gain some back.
My suggestion: Tape a note with your goal weight on your scale. When you get on the scale, even if you lost weight you'll know you haven't yet reached your goal. This will motivate you to keep working toward reaching your goal, yet you'll still feel a sense of accomplishment for having a loss some!

No matter what my friends say "Alcohol" is not good while you're trying to loose weight, I drink EVERY WEEKEND." I'm finally saying "no more alcohol" at least while I try to loose weight, I went from 165 to 236 lbs in two years and part of it was the alcohol!
I think all alcohol is bad, any suggestions?33
Don't just "get up" in the morning. Rise & Shine out of bed. Start your day with a positive attitude as that is half the battle. Tell yourself that no matter what happens today, you are going to make at least one step forward on your journey of health.
By suggestion of a friend here, also add a smile! 334
