This Sparked Me!

I try to earn 50 sparkpoints each day. It brings some balance to my sparkpeople use because on days when I get a lot of fitness points I use the other features less, but when I have a slow fitness day I do a lot more reading, blogging, and commenting. (It also makes me feel proud to earn the inevitable spark points trophy for that month). :-)

    I do the same thing LOL. It works! My husband jokingly calls me "Sparky", and wants to watch the wheel spin as much as I do. Can't stand those '2's LOL. Happy Sparking!

    I do the same thing!!! Of course, it's an ongoing joke between my husband and myself .... as though I'm gonna actually be able to get something with my "points" - LOL! Like I explained to him, it just consistently helps to keep me focused on "the weight issue" for so many minutes a day - WHICH DEFINITELY HELPS!!!!

    Right now because I'm not working, I'm able to get a lot of points daily. I always track my food but try to read blogs, comment, huddle, etc. as much as I can to watch thse points go up. It's a great motivator for me.
