I try to earn 50 sparkpoints each day. It brings some balance to my sparkpeople use because on days when I get a lot of fitness points I use the other features less, but when I have a slow fitness day I do a lot more reading, blogging, and commenting. (It also makes me feel proud to earn the inevitable spark points trophy for that month). :-)

Weight Watchers Coconut Candies by Whitman's only 50 Calories each!
If you like Mounds or Almond Joy Bars, here's a little alternative: Weight Watchers with Whitman Candies makes a Chocolate Coconut Candy treat that is only 50 calories (or 1 Point if you are following the Weight Watcher's Points Plan). They come individually wrapped, so built in portion control, a BIG PLUS! A serving size is 3 pieces for 150 calories. But I find just one piece can be a nice treat and at only 50 calories it doesn't cause problems with my food plan. Enjoy!
Challenge yourself to get at least 50 SparkPoints a day. We know that the more time you spend on SparkPeople the more motivated and successful you are. So work down through the SparkPoints list every morning, get your 50 points and stay motivated all day long.
