RIght when I wake up I drink two cups of water. Not only does this help me to get enough water throughout the day, but it helps me to keep on track with healthy eating. By starting the day in my healthy eating mindset I am able to eat better throughout the day!

    I too drink water, but only 1 cup. Maybe I will try drinking 2 after reading your post...
