I find when I purposely eat a healthy snack (like grapes or carrots) before a meal, it keeps me making the right choices at the meal because I'm not real hungry which sometimes means I'll cheat. It also keeps me on my toes about eating my fruits and veggies.

    Make single serving veggie packets and keep handy - reach for them instead of a sugary snack. emoticon emoticon emoticon
