Worrying about money can not only take away peace-of-mind and quality of life, but also affect our health. Try making a budget, spending & savings plan using SparkPeople's Spark $avings website. Your budget will show you how much money you have and you can track your spending as you go. I was surprised to find that, if I stick to my budget, I have a few $$$s left to put in an emergency fund and I can also save a little. Every little helps and it feels great to be saving again.

Talk to a banker or financial advisor before doing any investing.
