When losing weight, it is sometimes easy to get defeated, when the scale doesn't show a weight loss!!! We can not rely solely on the scale...we must look at overall health..improving habits, diet, exercise, as well as shifting weight. I am noticing improvement in posture, building muscles, all kinds of changes.. I am using a tape measure as well as the mirror to see just how far I have come!!!!

I refuse the scales, simple things like notches in your belt, pants easy to button, arms filling out sleeves in your t-shirt, getting fit looses inches and adding muscle off sets the scale as muscle is weight, the good kind so the doctors office is where I weigh in about every 3 to 6 months. If your scales are driving you on binges, put them behind your car tire and ease up on them and after shutting the engine off see how much your car weighs, then pull off of them pick them up and throw them at a bird. Ha!
I have been setting my goals on weight loss not size, i have still only lost 20 lbs (I shouldnt say only cuz I am happy with it.) but have lost 11.5 inches overall
