The other day, I reread my secrets and found myself saying, "oh, that's a good idea that I've forgotten." I think it's a good reminder to read them from time to time to remember some of our own past good habits.
My secret is finding an exercise you love and doing it! I trained in Tae Kwon Do for 2.5 years and did enjoy it but stressed out over learning the Korean terminology and patterns. I felt guilty if I didn't attend class but constantly looked for excuses not to go. I now go to Zumba twice a week!
