I can't believe how satisfying whole foods + exercise is to me! It's so SIMPLE. I'm not even counting points. I am concentrating on nutrition. For the first time in my life I'm actually looking around for things to give me more calories!I never have an overwhelming sensation to want to "cheat". I just eat real foods and exercise moderately and can't believe how great I feel!334
It's Michael Pollan's description of a healthy diet. It means you should eat real food (not the highly processed supermarket stuff). You should eat meat and carbs but focus on enough vegetables, fruits etc. Cook it yourself and you will know when enough's enough and what healthy and what's not.
Michael Pollan's books: The omnivore's dillema, Food rules and in defense of food.
