When people bring in goodies like cookies to the office, I quickly grab a notepad and write down 10 reasons why I shouldn't have those cookies, etc...; it can be anything from wanting to wear a special outfit, to feeling yucky after I do eat those things. Then, those goodies have no appeal.
Picture yourself in that fab outfit you would love to be able to wear
If you have a special occasion (a party or holiday etc) to go to, look for an outfit you would love to wear. Close your eyes and picture yourself watching the doorway when a new you walks in wearing that outfit, see how good you look, step inside the new you and feel how good you feel,hold onto that feeling, look at the reaction from others, especially those who have not seen you since you have lost weight. Remember you want to feel and look that way whenever you need motivation to carry on...
