I have found that doing the 10 minute exercise challenge, then the 21 Day Kettlebell, and the 28-Day Video....they are all contributing to my consistency. It helps that the competition is with myself, and I feel a need to prove to myself that I can stick to something. These streaks are highly motivational for me!
