When facing a smorgasboard of treats, I select only the one or two things I can't normally get. Chocolate chip cookies? Pass. Rice Krispie treats? Pass. My Aunt Birdie's super yummy once a year soldier cookies? Yes, please!!
ADHDers are prone to addictions, which includes stuff like thinking constantly about food. To help satiate your dopamine seeking brain, start trying out new teas; and don't overload with sugars and milk, just switch teas a lot for variety. (I think it goes without saying to skip the caffeine)
