Each morning I think about or write down in my journal 5 things for which I'm grateful. Most days, I can't stop at five. On days when I'm feeling low, remembering what I do have helps me stay focused and positive.

    I've never been in to journaling but you have such a great idea! What a great way to stay positive! Maybe I'll actually begin a journal just for thinking of things I'm thankful for!
